Alfredo “Freddy” Montemayor III is an associate attorney at Zar Law Firm. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2020 where he interned all three years in private practice focusing on personal injury, family law, and estate planning. Upon graduating Law School, Freddy immediately went into personal injury private practice while simultaneously starting, owning, and operating his own construction company. In 2022, Freddy transitioned into defense work exclusively where he focused on complex multi-party commercial litigation and construction defects in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Today, Freddy continues to sharpen his skillset and apply it to first party insurance claims, commercial litigation, and personal injury cases. Given his experience in and out of the legal industry and having practiced on both the Plaintiff’s side as well as the defense, Freddy is able to bring a well-rounded and complete form of representation to all his clients, whether the issue is in the early stages of pre-suit or in the trenches of complex litigation.
